Q: How do I start a Return
Download and complete our Returns Form and include it with your shipment to be returned. It’s that easy!
For Damaged, Defective, or incorrect items, please immediately contact customer service at support@weatheredfinishes.com
Q: How long do I have to make a return?
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box pre-paid (customer is responsible for shipping cost) postmarked within 30 days of purchase, with a completed copy of our Returns Form , for a full refund.
- Orders past 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.
- Orders past 90 days are not subject to return.

Q: My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact customer service at support@weatheredfinishes.com immediately and we will be happy to assist you with the return and replacement.
Q: Will there be a restocking fee applied to my return?
- Orders returned within 30 days after the ship date do not have a restocking fee.
- Orders past 30 Days are subject tot the following Restocking Fees

Q: Where do I send my return?
Please completely fill out our Return Form with your order information, and include it in the box. Send the package prepaid to:

- No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.
Q: What if I did not receive or have lost my original invoice?
Simply contact Customer Service at support@weatheredfinishes.com and we will be happy to email, fax, or mail you a replacement.
Q: When can I expect my refund to be processed?
Credit are typically processed within 2-4 business days of receipt to the original form of payment.
Wholesale Pricing Made Easy
For Designer and Trade Partner pricing, our Wholesale Price tool is FAST, EASY, IN WRITING, and is available on every item we sell.
Simply search for the items you are interested in and click the “Request Wholesale Price Button” located on the product page of any item. Add as many items as you need and submitt the quote. It’s just that easy!
Our Team responds to most requests within 1 business day, and will email a PDF Estimate for your items. All Quotes are good for 30 days
