Returns and Cancelations Policy
At Weathered Finishes we value your customer experience and satisfaction with our brand above all else. It is important to us that any products or services you partner with us will meet all your expectations.
Unused, non-custom, non- discontinued products may be returned within 14 days of receipt with the following exclusions. Please note the following returns conditions below.
Items with the following criteria are not eligible for return:
- Items over 14 days of delivery
- Custom Orders and Made to Order Items.
- Discontinued Clearance items, Floor Displays and Open Box Items.
- Items not in original packaging or used in any way.
How Do I start a Return or Cancelation?
To initiate a cancelation or return request, email your order information to us at support@weatheredfinishes.com. From there a member of our team will provide an RMA and return shipping instructions.
Cancelation Requests:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Backorder items may be cancelled upon request unless the order is within 24 hour of shipping.
If by chance your order has already shipped it cannot be canceled and will be treated in accordance with the returns criteria above.
Weathered Finishes retains the right to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations where Weathered Finishes would cancel an order would include items that are discontinued, when payments are declined by financial institutions, or pricing and systems errors etc.
Please note orders are not cancelled until you receive a cancelation confirmation number from a member of our team.
Returns Requests
Qualifying returns will receive an RMA Packing Slip from a Weathered Finishes Representative. This Packing Slip MUST be enclosed with all returns. Any items received without a pre–Authorized RMA Packing Slip issued by Weathered Finishes will be returned at buyers expense.
To initiate a return, have your order number and name or institution the order was placed under. Email out team at: support@weatheredfinishes.com
A member of our team will review your order and issue a Returns Packing Slip if your request meets our returns terms and conditions outlined above.
Once a Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number has been issued, you are ready to ship the item(s) back. Please note You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Weathered Finishes will typically issue your refund withing 2-3 business days of receipt of your qualifying return.
There is no Restocking Fee for Returns, you are only responsible for the return shipping if your order meets the terms and conditions for return.
Defective Products
If any of your items are defective or damaged by shipping carriers in any way, please contact us immediately. We will repair or replace any defective items at no cost to you.
Please Note Damaged or Defective items will be replaced or may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value only. Order Returns due to damages and or defect are generally not permitted.
Refused
An order that is refused will be charged with the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to get back to our facility. All orders refused will incur a 50% restocking fee plus shipping and return shipping costs.
